We understand auto accessories are an expression of individual taste and personality as well as adding functionality and improving comfort, as such our products reflect a balance of styling, functionality and great value.   Logistics Our new 5,000sqm head office in Brisbane incorporates our administration, manufacturing and distribution functions from a central operation. The warehouse and manufacturing facility is located on a 16500 sqm site to allow for expansion in line with the Aunger groups long term growth plans. From here we distribute quality products across Australia in addition to servicing several key export markets around the world. There are 8 full time call centre personnel ready to handle your enquiries and orders. We also have logistics centres in Victoria and Western Australia. With an extensive customer base Australia wide, our great range of products can be found in all leading automotive retailers and departments.   Quality In February 2005 we were accredited under the international quality assurance standard ISO9001 (2000). This certification for our quality management system ensures we have strict checks and balances in all facets of our business, from design to manufacturing and delivery. In short, this means that you can be assured the quality of your Aunger product is first rate. We back it up with a 12 month replacement warranty on all parts. Our certification is the first step towards achieving the quality assurance level TS16949. The Aunger group is working towards achieving Original Equipment (O.E) supplier status that will drive the next growth phase for our business.   Technology In line with our long-term business plan, we have initiated world class factory upgrades with new plant and equipment for our pattern shop as part of the rapid tool development (RTD) project. These upgrades in our manufacturing operations will allow us to continually set new standards of excellence. With our new equipment fully operational and integrated into our existing manufacturing process, the Aunger plastics range will continue to grow significantly ensuring the continued market leadership of the Aunger range.   Customer Satisfaction We have and are continually seeking improvement in all aspects of our business.
